Our versatile venue can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests, providing ample space for weddings, corporate events, and everything in between.
1/2 down and a signed contract guarantees your spot at The Rapids.
Our event venue comes complete with comprehensive clean-up services for trash and event spaces, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special occasion without any hassle. Additionally, you’ll have full access to all the facilities at The Rapids, including the use of our kitchen space.
Rehearsals are from 4-5 PM based on availability.
We do not allow sparklers, paper lanterns, or any other items with heat or fire, confetti, or glitter. We do allow bubbles, ribbon wands, and glow sticks.
We require at least 45 days advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of events. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 45 days notice, you will be responsible for paying the full rental, food, and bar service charges, up to a maximum of $20,000.
